Appraisal Group has mastered changes in the retail sector by closely monitoring the local market and maintaining a database that permits residual demand studies. Appraisals include: South Towne Mall, Layton Hills Mall, ZCMI Center Mall, University Mall, Holladay Mall, 7-21 Plaza, Trolley Square, the Family Centers (community shopping centers located in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho), Gateway Center, and Jordan Landing, as well as numerous neighborhood and strip centers.



We are active in the industrial segment from small incubator buildings to 500,000+ square foot manufacturing facilities. Services include collateral valuation, feasbility studies, and full market analyses for industrial parks and special-use projects.


Appraisal Group has appraised several multi-family projects across the Wasatch Front.  Some include:  Canyon View Crossing, Second & State and Patriot Point.
