Office

We have appraised numerous Class A and B office buildings throughout the State of Utah. Recent appraisals include: One Utah Center, 257 Tower, 6400 Commerce Park, 215 South State, Walker Center, 185 South State Building, Ambassador Plaza, Woodlands, Towers at South Towne, Mid-Town Plaza, Triad Center, Old Mill Corporate, River Park, Deseret Plaza & Tower, and Key Bank Tower.

Retail

Appraisal Group has mastered changes in this sector by closely monitoring the local market and maintaining a data base that permits residual demand studies. Appraisals include: South Towne Mall, Layton Hills Mall, ZCMI Center Mall, University Mall, Holladay Mall, 7-21 Plaza, Trolley Square, the Family Centers (community shopping centers located in Utah, Nevada, and Idaho), Gateway Center, and Jordan Landing, as well as numerous neighborhood and strip centers.

Industrial

A variety of industrial properties have been appraised, ranging from small incubator buildings to a 500,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Appraisals have covered full market analyses for industrial parks and special-use projects.

Motels/Hotels

This market sector has taken the appraisers to areas throughout the Intermountain Region. Major projects appraised include the Salt Lake Howard Johnsons, Airport Hilton, University Park Hotel, Ogden Park Hotel, Doubletree Hotel, Airport Radisson, Denver Airport Hilton, Park City Resort Center, and Park City Radisson Inn.

Recreation

Appraisal Group is very active in Park City, Alta/Snowbird and other western resort areas, appraising the majority of existing condominium projects as well as support properties such as office, retail and special-use properties. Ski Resorts appaised include Sundance, Deer Valley, Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons, Solitude, Galena at Lake Tahoe, Tamarack Idaho, and Brian Head in Southern Utah. The firm has appraised various timeshare resorts located throughout Utah, as well as golf courses including Park Meadows, Jeremy Ranch, Tuhaye, Promontory, and Victory Ranch in the Park City area, and Willow Creek Country Club and Riveroaks Golf Club along the Wasatch Front.

Agricultural/Rural

Appraisal Group has experience in a wide range of farm land, ranches, grazing land, and other agricultural and rural properties. We are particularly experienced in appraising rural properties with development overtones and potential. Previous appraisals include the old Bertagnoli Ranch, Fitzgerald Ranch, Flinders Ranch, Bernolfo, Gilmore Ranch and Btner Ranches, and Mayflower in Summit, Morgan and Wasatch Counties. We have appraised virtually all of Snyderville Basin, and vast segments of Summit and Wasatch Counties.

Land

Land assignments have covered a variety of use categories, including large residential and industrial subdivisions; commercial and multi-family development sites; industrial acreage; mountain acreage; and grazing, farming, and speculation lands. Appraisals include all of the Salt Lake International Center; all of the Pinebrook master plan; and large segments of Alta, Park City, and Deer Valley, Deer Crest, and Sundance ski areas. We have been heavily involved with numerous projects in the Jordanelle Basin (east of Park City).
