1987-1995	Purchasing Manager, (C.P.M.) for Teleflex Defense Systems, aerospace manufacturing facility located in Spanish Fork, Utah. Supervised the purchasing department and the estimating of new contracts for material cost. Also served as small business liaison officer.
1982-1987	Materials and Purchasing Manager for the Talley Corporation, Spanish Fork Division, Spanish Fork, Utah. An aerospace manufacturing company which was purchased by Teleflex Defense Systems in 1987. Supervised the purchasing, planning, estimating (purchased items) and government interface for EPA and Affirmative Action.
1980-1982	Partner and developer in real estate firm. C-21 Golden West, Provo, Utah. Developed and managed commercial real estate.
1979-1995	Town Councilman for the town of Woodland Hills, Utah (Utah County) - Responsible for planning and zoning, risk management, building inspection.
1977-1980	V.P./Director, Utah Valley Bank, Orem, Utah. Opened a unit bank for Utah BanCorp. Supervised commercial, residential loans, as well as consumer loans.
1968-1977	Banker, Valley Bank and Trust Company, Salt Lake City, Utah. A subsidiary of Utah BanCorp. Worked in all areas of banking, operations, loans - commercial, consumer, and branch management.
